Sushi rice: Sushi rice. Yaki Nori: Dried seaweed. Wasabi Paste: humectant (E420), horseradish (29.5%), soybean oil, water, salt, wasabi (japonica) powder (1%), mustard seed oil, antioxidant (E330), thickener (E415), tumeric powder, colours (E102, E133). Sushi seasoning powder: sugar, powdered vinegar (distilled vinegar, dextrin), salt, kelp extract. Soy sauce: water, defatted soybeans (18%), wheat, salt.
For allergens, see ingredients in bold. Rich in iodine by nature, excessive iodine intake may cause defects of thyroid gland functioning. Do not consume more than 40g per day. CAUTION: This package contains a packet of desiccant to prevent the product from dampness. DO NOT EAT THIS DESICCANT. E102 May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
