INGREDIENTS:
- Bamboe Opor White Curry seasoning paste
- Small chicken, cut in pieces
- 480ml fresh coconut milk
PREPARATION
Boil one small chicken, and keep 480 ml of broth in the pot. Add the seasoning paste, turn to low heat and simmer until fragrant and the meat is tender. Add 480 ml of fresh coconut milk, stir, and continue to simmer for better flavour.
