INGREDIENTS

  • 40g Mama Sita’s Lumpiang Shanghai Mix
  • 500g ground pork
  • 120g carrot
  • 120g water chestnut
  • 120g onions
  • 3 Tbsp spring onions
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Wonton sheets
  • All-purpose flour
  • Frying oil

Serve with:

  • Mama Sita’s Sweet & Sour Sauce

PREPARATION


Finely chop the carrot and onions. Chop the water chestnuts and spring onions.



Mix the pork, carrots, water chestnuts, onions, spring onions, egg and lumpiang shanghai mix in a bowl and stir thoroughly.



Scoop 1 teaspoon of the filling mixture onto each wonton sheet. Moisten the edges with water. Bring to opposite corners together and press the tips to seal. Repeat with the remaining corners to enclose the filling.



Fry in hot oil for three minutes or until golden. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
