One of these children’s games is to carve out shapes from a honeycomb-like mixture called Dalgona Candy. It may sound simple, but the cookie is fragile, only made from sugar and baking soda, and participants have to cut out triangles, circles, hearts, and umbrellas to move on.

- 1 Tbsp sugar
- Baking soda
Tools:
- Steel ladle
- Chopstick
- Parchment paper
- Cookie cutter
- Needle
- Pour sugar onto a ladle and heat it up over low heat.
- Stir with a chopstick until the sugar has melted.
- Add a pinch of baking soda into the sugar and stir till everything is well mixed.
- Pour the melted sugar onto parchment paper and press a cookie cutter down onto the mixture.
- Let the cookie cool at room temperature until it hardens.
- You have 10 minutes to carve out the shape, without breaking it.
