Preparation method:
Soup: Blanch noodles in 500ml boiling water for 1 min. Add (cooked) ingredients or seasoning and serve.
Stir-fry: Cook noodles in boiling water 30 sec, drain. Stir-fry with (cooked) ingredients in hot oil and serve.
