A delicious oven dish with three layers of sweet potato variants, sprinkled with grated cheese.

Ingredients:
- 2 white sweet potatoes
- 2 orange sweet potatoes
- 2 purple sweet potatoes
- 1 bag of grated cheddar cheese
How to make it:
Preheat the oven at 200°C. Wash the sweet potatoes and dry them with a towel. Then wrap it up in aluminium foil. Roast the sweet potatoes for an hour in the oven until they are soft. Then let them cool a bit off outside the oven. Cut them in half and scoop out the pulp. Put the pulp in separate bowls.
Put the purple sweet potatoes on an oven-proof plate and smooth it out. Then place the orange sweet potatoes on top of it. Lastly, put the white sweet potatoes on top. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese. Put the plate in the oven and grill it for several minutes until the cheese has melted and has turned golden brown.
