What does the word “curry” make you think about? Thailand and India, of course! Get the best of both worlds with massaman curry, a fusion between Thai and Indian-style curries using both a red curry and dry whole spices.
INGREDIENTS
- 50g Suree Thai Massamun Curry Paste
- 400ml coconut milk
- 250g beef (bite-sized)
- 200g potatoes
- 10g peanuts
- Jasmine rice (cooked)
- 1½ Tbsp fish sauce
- Salt and sugar
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
PREPARATION
- 1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the curry paste.
- 2. Add the beef and stir-fry it well.
- 3. Add the potatoes, peanuts and coconut milk. Cook until the potatoes are well done.
- 4. Season with fish sauce, salt and sugar.
- 5. Serve with jasmine rice.
