Ingredients
- 50g red curry paste*
- 900g chicken drumsticks
- 200ml coconut milk*
- 4 large potatoes
- Carrot, cut in cubes
- 1 can baby corn*

How to make it
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok on medium heat. Add the red curry paste and stir the paste well until the aromas are released. Then add the chicken drumsticks and fry it for 10 minutes. Add the potatoes and carrot. Stir everything well for 5 minutes.
Cover de wok with a lid and simmer the meat and vegetables for 15 to 20 minutes until it has softened. Then add the baby corn and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
Finally add coconut milk, stir well and bring it to a boil. Serve with jasmine rice.
