Instructions for hot tea: 
Pour 12 fl oz boiling water over 4 dried blossoms. Let steep for 5 minuts; pour through sieve into tea cup and sweeten to taste before serving.

Instructions for iced tea:
Pour 1qt boiling water (32 fl oz) over 12 dried blossoms. Let steep for 10 minutes, strain through sieve into pitcher and refrigerate until cold. Pour over ice and sweetend to taste.
