Are you tired of meat dishes? Try this salmon and prawns with tomato garlic sauce recipe! Thanks to Lee Kum Kee sauces, it becomes super easy to make!
INGREDIENTS
- 240g salmon, in 3-cm thick slices
- 100g prawns, peeled and deveined
Marinade:
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Tomato Garlic Prawn
- 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
- 20g cilantro
- 1 cm ginger, in fine strips
- 1 tsp corn starch
Optional:
- Steamer
PREPARATION
Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the salmon and prawns, and marinate for about 10 minutes.
Arrange the salmon on a plate in alternate rows, and steam for about 10 minutes until done. Or pan-fry for 10 minutes until done.
