Gado gado is an Indonesian dish: a mix of vegetables with egg and satay sauce.

Ingredients
- 340g BBQ satay sauce*
- 8 deep-fried tofu (tau pok)*
- 4 eggs
- 100g bean sprouts*
- 100g green beans
- 1 red pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cabbage
- 1 bag of emping crackers*

Preparation
1. Slice the carrot, red pepper and cabbage into strips. Cut the boiled eggs into halves. Heat the satay sauce in a frying pan and add the red pepperto your preference. Place aside.
2. Blanch the bean sprouts, green beans, cabbage and deep-fried tofu. Let everything drain well.
3. Put the vegetables and the satay sauce in a big bowl. Mix all ingredients, divide the gado gado into 4 bowls and place the eggs on top. Serve with emping crackers.
