Returns
Food Products
Due to food safety reasons, it is not possible to return or exchange food products after it has been delivered.
If the food product (dry/fresh/frozen) has quality problems (incorrect or damaged product) please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the order. Please provide us with a photo or video of the incorrect/ damaged product. We will reply and process your report within 3 working days.
Non-food
Products of the Non-Food category may be returned in their original packaging within 14 working days. First complete the return request below so that our customer service is informed and can process your request as quickly as possible.
Please note: The shipping costs are for the customer. However, we will cover the shipping costs if the product has quality problems. If the product gets damaged during transportation, we will not refund this product.
Return by PostNL
In some cases, our carrier partner PostNL will return your parcel. Common reasons are:
- The address provided is incorrect
- The package was not collected on time from the pick-up location
- The package has been refused by you or a fellow resident
In these circumstances, there are two options:
1. Receive a new shipment
The shipping costs for this new shipment are borne by the customer.
2. Cancel the order
You will be charged a handling fee at the rate of the shipping fee in your country of destination. Once we receive the returned package, the refund will be made via the same payment method that you used to place the order.
If the package is returned by PostNL due to damage or an incorrect return, we will, in consultation with you, reprocess and resend the order or reimburse it in full (including shipping costs). In this case, reimbursement is free of charge.
