Frozen Delivery
Frozen and fresh delivery is possible within the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands) and Belgium (with exception of the Wallonia region). For orders without frozen or fresh products, different shipping conditions apply for orders without frozen and fresh products. Click here for more information.

Delivery the Netherlands
During checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery date. Delivery is available on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (excluding public holidays). Deliveries on Wednesdays and Fridays take place between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, while Saturday deliveries occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Delivery Belgium
If you order on Monday before 12:00 (afternoon), the entire order will be delivered the same week on Wednesday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If the order is placed after 12:00 (afternoon) on Monday, the entire order will be delivered the following week on Wednesday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Transportation
Your order will be delivered by delivery service Leen Menken. Leen Menken uses refrigerated trucks to ensure optimal quality upon delivery. If your order contains dry products, these dry products will be delivered together with the frozen and/or fresh products.
Track and Trace
On the day before delivery, between 9 PM and 3 AM, you will receive a Track and Trace link indicating within which three-hour time slot you will receive your order. It is possible to follow the delivery person by this link, so that you know exactly when your order will arrive. You will also receive a text message from the driver 30-60 minutes before he arrives.
Please note: Nobody at home?
If you are not at home, we not only have to schedule a new appointment but we also have to charge *extra shipping fee for a second delivery attempt. If it is not possible to schedule a new delivery appointment, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, we also have to charge the extra shipping fee.
*For the Netherlands, the extra shipping fee is €9.95
*For Belgium, the extra shipping fee is €19.95
