What is the delivery time?
Within the Netherlands it takes approximately 2-3 working days until your order is shipped. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a Track and Trace email from delivery service PostNL.
What are the shipping costs?
Different shipping costs apply per country. Click here for more information. If you order over €39, the shipping costs within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are free.
How can I pay?
There are various payment options. You can pay with iDeal, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, WeChat Pay, Alipay+, Bank Transfer, Bancontact or Giropay.
I have not received a confirmation email.
The confirmation email may have ended up in the spam/advertisement folder of your inbox. If you can't find it there either, please contact our customer service. We will investigate what went wrong.
I have a question about the status of my package.
For questions about the status of the delivery, you can contact the PostNL delivery person directly. The delivery person will contact you by email within 2 hours. If (s)he cannot answer you within 2 hours, you will get a call from PostNL.
Clarity about your package in 3 steps:
- Let PostNL know what is going on. This can be done via the Track & Trace page of the package in the app (thumbs up or down) and on the web (happy or sad emoji). You indicate via chatbot Daan that you want to inquire about the package.
- PostNL will ask the delivery person. The delivery person immediately receives a notification on the handheld scanner and responds during the delivery round.
- You will receive an email with the delivery person's response within 2 hours. Is the delivery person unable to answer on time? You will then be called back by PostNL.
A product is missing from my order.
It may happen that the product you have ordered is temporarily sold out. In this case, we will refund the amount of the missing product to your bank account within 14 working days. You will receive the credit invoice by email with 14 working days. We apologize for the inconvenience!
