What you need:

  • 1kg mushrooms
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ cup white wine
  • Corn flour, salt and pepper
  • Oil
  • Aigostar Pressure Multicooker

How to make it:


Fill the bottom of the pot with oil. Select the "Fry" function and fry the minced garlic. Later add the mushrooms and some lemon juice.



Turn off the program. Add 1 teaspoon of corn flour, wine, and spiced salt, then cover the pan.



Select the "Vegetables" function. Turn it off after 5 minutes. When the natural decompression is completed, the food is ready to serve.
