What you need:
- 1kg mushrooms
- 1 garlic
- 1 lemon
- ½ cup white wine
- Corn flour, salt and pepper
- Oil
- Aigostar Pressure Multicooker
How to make it:
Fill the bottom of the pot with oil. Select the "Fry" function and fry the minced garlic. Later add the mushrooms and some lemon juice.
Turn off the program. Add 1 teaspoon of corn flour, wine, and spiced salt, then cover the pan.
