Ramen with Bacon and Eggs

Try this super-easy-to-make ramen recipe! This generously garnished noodle soup is delicious, filling and perfect to warm yourself up during a busy weekday.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g udon or ramen
  • 50g bean sprouts
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 2 thin bacon slices
  • 150ml warm chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp Japanese style sesame dressing
  • Spring onions, thinly sliced

PREPARATION


Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package and drain. Grill or fry the bacon in small pieces. Pour the warm broth in a bowl and add the noodles. Top it with egg halves and bacon. Sprinkle it with some sesame dressing. Add the bean sprouts and spring onions.
