Soto daging is an Indonesian beef soup that is not only delicious, but also super easy to make! Basically, just put everything together and let it cook until it is ready… it is perfect for busy days!
INGREDIENTS:
- Bamboe Soto Daging seasoning paste
- 500g beef
- 900 ml water
Serve with:
- 2 Tbsp fried crispy sliced shallot
- Lemonjuice
- Chili sauce
PREPARATION
Cut the beef in slices (½ cm thick) and boil in 900 ml water. Add the seasoning paste, stir well, continue cooking for flavour. Serve with fried crispy sliced shallot, a dash of lemon juice and chili sauce.
