Do you love sushi? Then you’ll surely love this sushi wrap as well! A major plus: it’s very easy to prepare.



Ingredients for 20 wraps:

  • 550g sushi rice
  • 80ml Japanese rice vinegar
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 10 seaweed sheets (nori)

Filling:

  • Surimi sticks
  • Unagi (eel)
  • Fried shrimps
  • Wakame seaweed
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Omelette
  • Lettuce
  • Salmon
  • Tuna
  • Japanese mayonnaise

Sauces and garnishes:

  • Soy sauce
  • Pickled sushi ginger
  • Sesame seeds
  • Masago (fish eggs)
  • Wasabi paste

How to make it:

  1. 1. Prepare the sushi rice and let it cool off.
  2. 2. Prepare the filling in the meantime: cut everything into strips.
  3. 3. Cut the seaweed sheets in half. Cover one half with rice. Then you can add whatever you like. You can also put some Japanese mayonnaise on top.
  4. 4. Roll it up like a wrap and garnish it with sesame seeds and masago.
  5. 5. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
