  • 120ml coconut milk
  • 200ml water
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1-2 tsp coconut blossom sugar
  • Mango, defrosted
  • Coconut flakes, defrosted

Information
  1. Wash the rice. Cook it for about 60 minutes on low heat in 200ml water. Add water if it evaporates too fast. In the meantime, slice the mango into cubes.
  2. Add coconut milk, vanilla, cardamom, salt and sugar to the rice and stir well until the sugar is dissolved. Divide over two wide glasses and garnish with mango and coconut flakes.
