Delivery

Your order will be shipped via PostNL delivery service. If you order over €39, the shipping costs will be free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany! For orders to the Netherlands and Belgium, you can choose to have your order be delivered to a PostNL pickup point.

Shipping costs within the EU

Zone 1: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany
The shipping costs are:
  • €6.95 to the Netherlands
  • €8.95 to Belgium
  • €9.95 to Germany
If you order over €39, the shipping costs will be free of charge!
ZONE 2: Luxembourg, Italy, France, Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic
Per 20kg the shipping costs are €19.95 to Luxembourg, Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), France (excl. Andorra, incl. Monaco and Corsica), Hungary, Austria and the Czech Republic.

Is the order heavier than 20 kg? Then €19.95 will be charged for each additional 20kg.
Zone 3: Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Sweden
Per 20kg the shipping costs are €27.95 to Denmark (excl. Greenland and Faroe Islands), Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal (incl. Azores and Madeira), Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), Slovakia and Sweden.

Is the order heavier than 20 kg? Then €27.95 will be charged for each additional 20kg.
ZONE 4: Finland, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Slovenia, Ireland, Croatia
Per 20kg the shipping costs are €39.95 to Finland, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Slovenia, Ireland and Croatia.

Is the order heavier than 20 kg? Then €39.95 will be charged for each additional 20kg.

1) After your order has been successfully paid and completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

2) Within the Netherlands it takes approximately 3-5 working days until your order is shipped. Delivery outside the Netherlands takes longer. Click here for the delivery schedule for international orders. 

3) As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a Track and Trace email from PostNL with an estimated delivery date.

4) In most cases, your order will be delivered within the expected delivery time. Please note that the actual delivery date may be influenced by delay at the delivery service, weather conditions or other external factors. For the most current delivery information, please refer to the tracking information.
