Bok Choy with Mushrooms in Soy Sauce

Information
  1. Add some oil and stir-fry the bok choy with garlic slices for 30 seconds. Add some salt and arrange the bok choy in a circle on a plate.
  2. Stir-fry the mushrooms for 1 minute, add some water and braise for 5 minutes. Then add salt, soy sauce, wet corn starch, and stir-fry for 20 seconds.
  3. Pour the mushrooms in the middle of the plate with the bok choy.
