Macro Bowl With Bean Sprouts And Tahini Dressing
Easy, nutritious and yummy: that’s the macro bowl! A balanced meal containing the macro nutrients carbohydrates, protein and fats. Big plus: you can mix and match with your favorite ingredients.
- Quinoa or brown rice
Toppings:
- Cooked edamame beans
- Bean sprouts
- Daikon
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Spinach
Dressing:
- 60ml tahini
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- (1-2 Tbsp water)
- Prepare the quinoa or brown rice according to the instructions on the package.
- In the meantime, rinse and cut the vegetables. Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water if needed.
- Put the cooled quinoa or rice in a bowl.
- Add the toppings and sprinkle with the dressing.
