Information

Patties made of roti parantha filled with sweet roasted pork.

Ingredients
- 2 packs of roti paratha*
- 500 gram of roasted pork (cha siu)*
- 2 cloves of garlic*
- 2 onions
- 1 whipped egg

Sauce mix
- 2 tablespoons of rice wine*
- 4 teaspoons of oyster sauce*
- 4 teaspoons of soy sauce*
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil*
- 100 ml water
- 2,5 tablespoons of sugar
- 0,25 (quarter) teaspoon of black pepper*

Binding agent
- 4 teaspoons of potato flour*
- 6 tablespoons of water

Directions
1. Cut the cha siu in small cubes and mince the onions and garlic. Mix the ingredients for the sauce mix in a bowl and put it aside.

2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions. Mix it until it smell delicious. Then add the cha siu and garlic to the pan. Mix everything up. Pour the sauce mix and mix it again. Let the sauce mix cook for 2 minutes. 

3. Mix the potato flour in a bowl with a little bit of cold water until it gets liquid. Then add the mixture into the sauce mix and stir it well.

4. Get the roti paratha from the freezer and let it defrost for a few minutes, until it is foldable. 

5. Cut the roti paratha in halves. Take one half and put a tablespoon of filling onto the roti. Close it down and cover the dough with a bit of whipped egg. 

6. Preheat the oven on 210 degrees (upper and underneath warmth). Bake the patties for 20 minutes until they are goldbrown. 

7. Enjoy your meal!
