This stew contains lots of different types of meat, so it’s perfect for meat lovers. The multicooker will help your body digest the chickpeas better and it will help absorb the nutrients.
What you need:
- 300g chickpeas
- Baking soda
- 250g beef shank
- 250g pork chops
- Ham
- 1 pork fillet
- 1 stew sausage
- 1 pig blood sausage, boiled
- 2 carrots
- 4 potatoes
- 1 green onion
- Salt
- Aigostar Golden Lion 30HGY or Aigostar Mi 30IAU
How to make it:
Soak 300g chickpeas the night before, in water with baking soda.
Dry the chickpeas and put them in the pot. Add the meat and bones, potatoes, carrots, onion, sausage and pig blood sausage. Then add some water to cover the food. Cover the lid, choose the "Stew" function, then start the program.
When the food is done, there will be a prompt sound. Open the lid, add salt to taste.
