Chilled Extra Smooth Silken Tofu with Chili, Garlic, Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing

INGREDIENTS
- 2 pieces extra smooth silken tofu
- 3 Tbsp garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbsp ginger, chopped
- 3 Tbsp red chili, chopped
- 1 Tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 Tbsp red onion, chopped
Seasoning:
- 3 Tbsp black vinegar
- 3 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
Garnish:
- Coriander leaves
PREPARATION
Drain excess water from the tofu. Slice into pieces of approximately 1 cm thick. Lay the tofu slices on a plate and keep chilled.
Mix all ingredients and seasonings together in a mixing bowl and pour the dressing over the tofu slices. Top with coriander leaves.
