INGREDIENTS
- 2 pieces matcha tofu
- 4 Tbsp mascarpone cheese
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 2 Tbsp honey
Garnish:
- Mint leaves
PREPARATION
Cut the chilled matcha tofu into small cubes and place them into a bowl.
Combine the mascarpone cheese and honey. Mix well. Pour all over the matcha tofu cubes.
Top with mixed berries and mint leaves.
