Lychee wine is made from, among other things, lychee juice and sugar. Fermentation (just like cider) creates a clear, golden-colored alcoholic drink with a mildly sweet and slightly fresh taste. Serve lychee wine ice cold as an aperitif or dessert wine with possibly lychee ice cream.
