- 4 Tbsp Lufo Chinese Marinade
- 750g large deveined shrimps

- 2 onions
- 500g bok choy
- 3 Tbsp oil
- Pinch of salt
- Sesame oil (optional)

- Rice
Preparation time: 30-35 minuten
- Let the shrimps thaw in a bucket with water.
- In the meantime, remove the bottom of the bok choy to get loose leaves, without the hard pieces on the white side of the bok choy. Then wash the bok choy thoroughly.
- Peel the onions, cut them into 4 wedges and separate the onions per layer to get "boats". Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds. Rinse the bell peppers and cut them into strips.
- Once the shrimps have thawed, you can drain them. Add 4 tablespoons of Lufo Chinese Marinade and mix well so the flavor gets absorbed.
- Heat the pan with two tablespoons of oil, fry the onions over medium heat and add a little salt to taste. Once the onions are translucent, remove them from the pan and drain.
- Put the marinated shrimps in the same pan with oil and stir fry for about 5 minutes until almost done. Then add the bok choy and bell peppers, and stir fry for 5 minutes. Now add the fried onions to the dish and stir fry until the vegetables are done.
- Optional
Lastly, add 4 drops of sesame oil to the dish for aroma and taste, then turn off the heat.
