Chop suey combines stir-fried vegetables with meat as well as seafood. This nutritious and healthy dish is perfect for busy weeknights!

INGREDIENTS

  • 40g Mama Sita’s Chopsuey/Pancit Canton Mix, dissolved into 250 ml water
  • 1 tsp Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce
  • 100g shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 3-4 cups chicken meat
  • 100g carrot
  • 100g snow peas, stringed
  • 250g bok choy
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp oil

PREPARATION


Slice the carrot, bok choy, mushrooms, onion and chicken. Heat oil in a wok, and sauté the onions, chicken, and shrimps. When the chicken is cooked, add the vegetables, oyster sauce and the dissolved chopsuey/pancit canton mix. Cover and cook over high heat until the vegetables are done and the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle with sesame oil.
