Chop suey combines stir-fried vegetables with meat as well as seafood. This nutritious and healthy dish is perfect for busy weeknights!
INGREDIENTS
- 40g Mama Sita’s Chopsuey/Pancit Canton Mix, dissolved into 250 ml water
- 1 tsp Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce
- 100g shrimps, peeled and deveined
- 3-4 cups chicken meat
- 100g carrot
- 100g snow peas, stringed
- 250g bok choy
- 5 mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- 3 Tbsp oil
PREPARATION
Slice the carrot, bok choy, mushrooms, onion and chicken. Heat oil in a wok, and sauté the onions, chicken, and shrimps. When the chicken is cooked, add the vegetables, oyster sauce and the dissolved chopsuey/pancit canton mix. Cover and cook over high heat until the vegetables are done and the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle with sesame oil.
