Ingredients
Based on 4 persons
- 8 tea bags
- 1.6 liters of water
- 2 fresh lemons
- 4 tbsp sugar, to taste
- ice cubes
- Bring water to a boil and remove it from the heat source. Place the tea bags in the boiling water and let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes. The longer you let it steep, the stronger the flavor becomes.
- Add the sugar and stir until it has dissolved. Let the tea cool.
- Then pour the tea into a carafe and put it in the refrigerator.
- Cut the lemons into slices. Spoon the ice cubes into a tall glass, add the lemon slices and pour in the cold iced tea.
