What is it?

Rice sticks from Cock are dried rice noodles made from 90% rice flour and 10% water. Dried rice noodles are slightly firmer than the fresh rice noodles. Despite the rice noodles being rather bland in taste, it is often prepared in Asian cuisine because of its structure and bite. For example the famous Thai pad thai and Vietnamese phô. Rice sticks from Cock is gluten free.

How to use?

Rice sticks from Cock is used as stir-fry noodles or as noodle soup. Rice noodles have already been steamed / cooked during their production process, so cooking short 6-8 minutes is usually enough for further preparation.
