FAQ: Digital Gift Voucher
How can I redeem my gift card?
You can easily redeem your gift card while ordering. In the shopping cart you will find the button "enter gift card code". Enter the code of your gift card and click on the green button. The amount of your gift card will then be automatically deducted from the total amount in your shopping cart.
What is the (remaining) balance of my gift card?
Have you used the gift card before or have you added the gift card to your account? You can then view the balance of the gift card in your account under "gift cards".
Have you not used the gift card before and not added it to your account? Then you can check the balance at the checkout. Enter the gift card code and click on "check status". The balance of your gift card will then be shown.
I have not received the digital gift voucher.
For security reasons, we only send the digital gift card once by email. If the email is not in your inbox, it is possible that the email is in your spam/junk folder. Is the digital gift card not in your spam/junk mail? Please contact our customer service. We are happy to help you.
How long is my gift voucher valid?
The gift cards are valid for one year after purchase.
