Information
Fish balls are boiled in flavourful curry sauce, absorbing all its spiciness and making you crave for more. Try this addictive and delicious Singaporean dish!

INGRÉDIENTS

  • 200g fish balls
  • 50g yellow curry paste
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • Salt and sugar
  • 1 lemon grass
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion

Fish curry powder:

  • 2 Tbsp dried coriander
  • ½ Tbsp fennel seed
  • 4 dried red peppers
  • 2 tsp fenugreek seed
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp turmeric

PREPARATION


Grind the spices and put it aside. Grind the lemon grass and slice the garlic and onion. Heat the pan with oil. Add the lemon grass, lime leaves, garlic and onions. Stir-fry it until the aromas are released.

Fish curry powder
Mix the coriander, fennel seed, dried peppers, fenugreek seed, black pepper and turmeric in a bowl. Put it aside. Add the curry paste and ½ tsp fish curry powder. Add the fish balls and water, and cook it for 5 minutes. Add the coconut milk and cook it for another 3 minutes.
