Cooking instructions
Steam: Do not defrost, remove packaging, add 1/3 water in steamer, line steaming rack with steamer paper or brush a layer of oil to prevent sticking. Bring the water to the boil, add Siu Mai and cover with a lid. Steam for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
Microwave: Do not defrost, remove packaging, place 2-3 pieces of Siu Mai in microwave-safe container, spray a little water and cover with lid. Cook on medium heat (800w) for 90 seconds. If microwave powder or number of food changes, heating time should be adjusted appropriately.
