Ingredients
- 300g soft silken tofu*
- 1 Tbsp oil*
- 1½ garic clove (minced)*
- 1 minced shallot*
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce*
- 1½ Tbsp light soy sauce*
- 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce*
- 1 red pepper (minced)*
- 1 spring onion (minced)
- 1 steamer*
- 1 wok
- 1 frying pan

Preparation
1. Pour water into the wok, so the steamer doesn't touch the water. Gently remove the tofu from the package, place it on a plate and lower the steamer. Place the lid on top and steam for 15 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a pan, add shallot and garlic, then stir until it becomes fragrant and golden brown. Place aside. Turn the heat down to the lowest level. Then add the oyster sauce, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce. Stir the mixutre until evenly mixed. Add the red pepper and place the sauce aside for later use.
3. Remove the plate with the silken tofu from the steamer. Carefully remove all of the water from the plate and cover the tofu with the sauce. Season with chopped green onion.
