Spicy shrimps cooked in coconut milk, garlic, onion and green chili.
INGREDIENTS
- 50g Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix
- 1 kg shrimps
- 625 ml coconut milk (kakang gata)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 long green peppers
- 1 Tbsp garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp oil
- Rice, steamed
PREPARATION
Add the caldereta mix to the prawns, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Sauté garlic and onion in cooking oil. Add the coconut milk and green pepper. When the coconut milk starts to boil, add the prawns and cook until done.
Serve with steamed rice.
