A delicious thai dessert made of glutinious rice and coconut cream, served with mango.

Ingredients
- 400 gram glutinious rice*
- 300 ml coconut milk + 100 ml coconut milk*
- 80 gram sugar + 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0,25 (quarter) teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of roasted sesame seeds*
- 1 pack of frozen mango

Directions
1. Wash the rice until the water is clear and soak it in the water for a night.
2. Drain the water. Put the glutinious rice on a deep plate. Steam it for 45 minutes in a steamer, on top of a layer boiling water.
3. Boil 300 ml coconut milk, 80 gram sugar and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the cooked rice to the coconut milk and stir it well. Let de rice rest for 30 minutes or until the coconut milk has been withdrawn.
4. Add the remaining coconut milk in the pan and slowly heat it up. Then add the sugar and stir once in a while during a minute. Pour the sauce in a bowl and cool it down.
5. Cut the mango in slices or cubes. Spread the glutinious rice over a few plates and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve it with sauce and pieces of mango.
