Cooking instructions (do not defrost):
- Pan Fry:
1. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan and heat. Add frozen gyoza and fry for 2 minutes.
2. Pour 1 cup of water (about 60ml) into the pan and boil for 2 minutes with lid.
3. Take the lid off and boil again for 1 minute until the water boils away. - Deep fry: Heat the oil to 170°C to 180°C, then drop the gyoza directly into the oil and fry about 3 minutes.
- Steam: Steam at 100°C for about 5 minutes.
