Easily make these Filipino-style grilled lamb chops thanks to Mama Sita’s Caldereta mix! Yummy!
INGREDIENTS
- 50g Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix
- 1 kg lamb chops
- Oil for basting
- Needle meat tenderizer
Serve with:
- Rice
- Salad
- Pita bread
PREPARATION
Pierce the lamb chops with a needle meat tenderizer. Add the caldereta mix. Mash the meat until well-blended. Place it on a shallow oblong plate. Marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
Place the lamb chops on a grill over medium heat. Baste the meat with oil. Grill for 4-5 minutes or continue grilling to your linking (rare, medium or well-done).
Serve with rice, salad and pita bread.
