Seasoning soy sauce from Haday belongs to the light soy sauce and is made from soybeans, wheat flour and dried St. James scallop. The light soy sauce is ripened briefly and is therefore lighter in color. Because of the added dried scallop, the seasoning soy sauce has a hint of fishy and mild sweet taste.
Seasoning sauce is mainly used as a seasoning in various dishes. By adding extra Seasoning sauce during stir-frying or stir-frying, the dish will taste even more. In addition, this sauce in combination with other sauces can also be used as a marinade.
