Hamasaenn Green Tea Sencha 100g

Sencha is a Japanese green tea made from the leaves of Camellia sinensis. Unlike Chinese green tea, which is fried in a pan or wok. Sencha leaves are steamed to prevent oxidation of the tea leaves. The leaves are then rolled, shaped and dried. This method makes the tea greener, bitterer and more grassy in taste than Chinese green tea. Use 1-2 teaspoons of tea per cup and let it steep in boiling water for 1 minute. In Japan, Sencha tea is drunk hot in the cold season and cool in the warm season.
