Gyoza skin or dumpling sheets are round, whitish dough sheets made from wheat flour, salt and water. Gyoza sheets become slightly translucent and slippery after cooking. Gyoza skin is intended for making (Japanese) dumplings with a filling of meat and/or vegetables. Then they are boiled in water or in a broth (soup) or fried in a pan. Serving tip: use ready-made dumpling sauce as a dipping sauce for the dumplings.
