Hikari Miso was founded in the Shinshu region of Japan. The area is surrounded by beautiful mountains that bless the region with clear, crips snow-melt water. This naturally abundant water is used to cook the soybeans and rice which this miso is made from. This product is vegan, gluten-free and has no added MSG.
