Based on 2 persons
  • 2 packs of instant noodles Indomie
  • 50g grated cheese
  • 2 sausages
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • ¼ tsp chicken stock powder
  • 1 tbsp oil 

Toppings:

  • 1 tbsp fried onions
  • Ketchup

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, season with salt, white pepper and chicken stock powder. Divide the egg mixture between two bowls.
  2. Remove the seasonings from the packaging and set aside. Cook the noodles according to the package. Once they are al dente, remove the noodles and place them in a mixing bowl. Add two tablespoons of noodle water and sprinkle the seasonings over it. Mix everything together well.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Spread half the noodles in a pan and let it fry for a minute. Spread a bowl of egg mixture over the entire pan.
  4. Push the omelette in from the side with a spatula for about 30 seconds. Top the noodles with grated cheese and a sausage. When the omelette starts to cook at the bottom, fold the omelette.
