Indomie Omelette

- 2 packs of instant noodles Indomie
- 50g grated cheese
- 2 sausages
- 4 eggs
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- ¼ tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp oil
Toppings:
- 1 tbsp fried onions
- Ketchup
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, season with salt, white pepper and chicken stock powder. Divide the egg mixture between two bowls.
- Remove the seasonings from the packaging and set aside. Cook the noodles according to the package. Once they are al dente, remove the noodles and place them in a mixing bowl. Add two tablespoons of noodle water and sprinkle the seasonings over it. Mix everything together well.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Spread half the noodles in a pan and let it fry for a minute. Spread a bowl of egg mixture over the entire pan.
- Push the omelette in from the side with a spatula for about 30 seconds. Top the noodles with grated cheese and a sausage. When the omelette starts to cook at the bottom, fold the omelette.
