Ingredients
Based on 2 persons
- 2 packs of instant noodles
- 4 slices of luncheon meat
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp oil
- Crack the eggs into a small bowl. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat and place the luncheon meat slices in the pan. Fry the luncheon meat on both sides. Set aside.
- Carefully slide the eggs into the same pan and add a dash of oil if necessary. Fry the eggs on 1 side for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Boil a pan of water and cook the instant noodles according to the instructions.
- Divide the instant noodles with soup over two bowls and place a fried egg and two slices of luncheon meat on the noodles.
