INGREDIENTS

  • 100g beef
  • 300g rice vermicelli
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 package fried black bean sauce powder
  • 3 shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 bell pepper
  • ½ onion
  • Pepper
  • Oil

HOW TO MAKE IT
Cut the beef into strips and season it with pepper. Boil the rice vermicelli in hot water until it is soft. Pour the water out and let it drain well. Cut the vegetables in thin slices. Put the vegetables in a heated pan and bake it until it is soft and cooked. Then add the beef and stir the ingredients. And next add the water and the seasoning powder. Let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve the rice vermicelli together with the Jjajang.
