Kai Tak Lontong Whole (Siam) 125g

Lontong rice is sticky rice packed in perforated bags. Bring plenty of water to the boil. Put the bags with sticky rice in the pan and let the lontong cook for about 60 minutes. Then drain the water and let the lontong cool down. Remove the bags and cut the lontong into slices or cubes.
