Ingredients:

  • 4 packs of Nongshim noodles
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pack Shanghai bok choy
  • 100g enoki mushrooms
  • 300g silken tofu
  • Sesame seeds

How to make it:


Cut off the lower end of the enoki mushrooms. Slice the tofu into cubes.



Cook the eggs in the pan for 6 minutes. Then put them in cold water and peel the eggs.



Cook water in a pan. Add the noodle seasoning packs when the water starts to boil. Stir well until the powder is dissolved.



Add the bok choy, enoki and silken tofu. Cook the bok choy until it’s soft. Take out the bok choy and the tofu. Add the noodles and cook the noodles until they are done.



Divide the broth and the noodles over 4 bowls. Place the vegetables, tofu and eggs on top. Garnish with sesame seeds.
