Mie Telor Asli Lebar are thick variant noodles made from wheat flour, salt and water. In Indonesian cuisine, my telor is often prepared for easy preparation with numerous variations.
This versatile noodle can be prepared as stir-fry noodles or as noodle soup. Allow to soak for 2 minutes in boiling water until it softens and then pour out the water for further preparation.
