Information

Cooking suggestion - Just add:

  • 250g chicken breast or thigh meat
  • 1 green pepper, diced                                                                                   
  • 75g mushrooms, slided
  • 1 Tbsp oil                                                                                 
  • 50g sachet Black Bean Garlic Stir-fry Sauce                                                                                           

1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan, add chicken and stir-fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden.

2. Add pepper and mushroom, cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring. 

3. Add Black Bean Garlic Stir-fry Sauce, toss with a splash of water to heat through for 2 minutes. Serve with rice.
